Sweet corn salad |

| Ingredients: |
canned pineapple
canned corn
pickled celery
pickled button mushrooms
1/2 pound (20 dag) of ham
6 eggs
mayonnaise |

| Directions: | Drain pineapple, corn and celery. Cut pineapple into cubes, slice button mushrooms, and cut ham into cubes. Boil eggs hard, cool and cut into cubes.
Mix the ingredients. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Cool in fridge.
The ingredients are for 8-10 portions.
Serve with bread and ham.

I do similar salad, but with: can of pineapple, can of corn, 3-4 eggs, 7 ounces of ham, canned pickled celery, mayonaise and spices (salt, pepper) - delicious ;)

i do it without champignons and it is good too
