Make first sponge cake: Beat eggs, add sugar and beat. Add step by step flour with baking powder. Mix gently. Bake 30 minutes.
Make second sponge cake but remember to add poppy (before flour).
Beat 2 cup (400 mililitre) of cream and mix with orange jelly.
Mix cup of water with lemon juice. Cut sponge cakes on 2 parts, pour them ponch. Arrange: clear cake, half of cream with jelly, poppy cake, berry jam, poppy cake, cream with jelly, clear cake.
Beat 1/2 cup (200 mililitre) of cream, add vanilla sugar then powdered cream. Use to decorate layer cake. Use fruits and chocolate topping to decorate too.
