Pour tomatoes hot water, peel. Slice tomatoes and onion. Grate carrot.
Put all into big pan, Boil 1 hour.
Then add vinegar, olive oil, rice and boil 20 minutes still mix. Add sugar, pepper and salt. Mix and put into jar. Pickle.

You shouldn't boil or fry it too long because it is likely to loose its specific flavour. Remember, if you will overcook it, it may becomes bitter.
