"Under eiderdown" apples




Ingredients:
Cake:
4 eggs
0,6 cup of flour
0,6 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Apple's mixture:
2 pounds (1 kg) of apples
1/2 cup of sugar
lemon jelly
Cream mixture:
2,5 cups (600 ml) of cream (30%)
2 teaspoons of powdered cream
3-4 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Decoration:
cinnamon
coffee
cocoa

Directions:

Whip whites. Add sugar ang still whip. Add yolks, whip.Then add flour and baking powder. Mix gently. Put cake into rectangular greased form and bake 25 minutes in 340 degree F (170 degree C). Then cool it down and pour bolied water with vanilla.

Peel off apples. Slice them. Put into pot, add sugar and stew. After few minutes add powdered lemon jelly and mix. Cool it down and put on cake.

Beat cold cream. Add sugar and powdered cream. Beat all few minutes. Then put on apples mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon, coffe and cocoa. Cool it down in fridge.
