Whisk white, add sugar and still whisk. Add yolk and whisk. Then, add flour and baking powder. Stir gently. Pour the dough into buttered baking tray and bake it for about 25 min. in a temperature of 340 degrees F (170 degrees C).
Cool down and soak it with water mixed with vanilla flavoring. Mix margarine with sugar adding one egg at a time. Still mixing add a bit of minced cheese and setting jelly melted in a cup of water. Lay out the cheese mass on the sponge cake.
Whisk the white and add sugar. Then add setting gooseberry jelly melted in 2 cups of water. Lay out the whisked mass on the cheese mass. The surface of the cake sprinkle over with desiccated coconut.
Cool down in a refrigerator.
