Salad with green tomatoes

Slice tomatoes, slice bell pepper and onion. Mix all. Then make sauce (mix all ingredients and boil). Pour hot sauce on vegetables. After 2 hours put salad into jars and boil 25 minutes.

Wash black currants and cherry leaves, dry. Put into pan and pour 3 l of water in it. Then boil. Then filter all.
To juice add sugar. Boil. Then add lemon juice and mix.
