Preparation
  1. In a deep pan or skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs and brown them on both sides until golden.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Cooking

  2. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the browned bits from the pan.
  3. Stir in the cream and Italian seasoning.
  4. Return the chicken to the pan and let it simmer until cooked through.
  5. For a thicker sauce, simmer for additional minutes.
